I've spent nearly a decade at Trend Micro growing from a Systems Engineer handling frontline escalations to a Sr. DevOps Platform Engineer and Squad Lead. Along the way, I was selected for Trend Micro's Engineer Immersion Program — placed with the US team in the Philippines for complex case handling and VIP account management — one of the most formative experiences in my career.

My strength lies in translating dense security technology into clear business conversations.
